REALAX Financial Accounting has been fully developed and implemented by GiT. Compliance with all laws and regulations, as well as data security, are top priorities throughout development. All data entries and changes made by users, for example in master data, are fully and continuously logged without gaps.
E-BANKING
REALAX Financial Accounting offers a comprehensive and user-friendly range of functions for payments and banking. Particularly in this area, large volumes of data often lead to time-consuming processing, execution, and reconciliation tasks.
REALAX supports users with automated processes and features that are specifically tailored to the real estate industry.
Automated direct debit collections
In REALAX, house banks can be defined per property, per company code, or per portfolio. In practice, this can quickly amount to more than 100 house bank accounts to which incoming payments must be allocated. This process is handled fully automatically, saving customers a significant amount of time.
Convenient SEPA mandate management
The mandate management in REALAX supports versioning, for example. This means you don’t need to generate a new mandate every time a debtor’s bank details change. You simply submit the changes to the bank, and the mandate remains valid.
Automated and secure open item accounting
For example, execute outgoing payments using the four-eyes principle and always be confident that what you have approved is exactly what is submitted to the bank. All types of incoming and outgoing payments (invoice cancellations, underpayments or overpayments, etc.) automatically trigger corresponding follow-up processes in REALAX. Manual creation or deletion of open items is no longer necessary in REALAX.
Flexible dunning management
For each debtor – and even for each individual open item – you can define a customized handling. At any time, you also have the option to intervene in the dunning process based on dunning proposals.
