Facility Management
With REALAX Facility Management, you can manage all technical assets and inventory, as well as technical workflows, process management, and budget planning and tracking.
Interaction with all other REALAX modules is seamless, allowing, for example, commercial master data (cost centers, accounts, tenants, suppliers, debtors, etc.) to be automatically transferred from the REALAX Financial Accounting module. This avoids isolated solutions, system discontinuities, and duplicate data maintenance.
CONTRACT MANAGEMENT
In contract management, service and maintenance contracts can be stored. A maintenance contract may include the servicing of multiple assets across different locations. Important dates, such as termination options, can be easily added to reminders with a simple selection. All contracts can be organized in a customer-specific structure. Contracts also form the basis for analyses such as the maintenance calendar.
Damage reporting
All incoming damage reports can initially be recorded in the system as tickets for further processing. Delegation to the responsible asset manager is possible. After qualification, the ticket can be converted into a specific process.
Maintenance process (repairs)
Repairs can be managed throughout the entire process – from request and commissioning to warranty tracking.
Customer-specific extensions to the status workflow are possible. To ensure that urgent repairs are not overlooked, each task can be assigned a priority.
Instead of using paper notes, any number of log entries can be recorded for each repair, providing a clear overview of the most recent activities at any time.
Maintenance workflow
The maintenance process includes both the scheduling and content-related monitoring of maintenance execution. For the former, the maintenance calendar provides a quick and simple way to track compliance with maintenance deadlines. By linking documents to the maintenance contract, content-related verification can also be carried out.
Contract and process management
The process overview serves as a central interface for all ongoing processes. From this overview, new processes can be created and existing ones can be edited. With appropriate filtering, it can also be used as a quick reporting and analysis tool.
